President Stevandic met with the vice president of the Municipal Assembly of the City of Bjeljina

The President of the National Assembly Dr Nenad Stevandic talked today in Banja Luka with the vice president of the Municipal Assembly of the city of Bjeljina Milenko Mitrovic, about strengthening the cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and the city of Bjeljina, and about improving the cooperation with other local communities in the Republic of Srpska.

Vice President Mitrovic met President Stevandic with the local situation in the municipality of Bjeljina and stressed that the municipality of Bjeljina makes great efforts to create favorable business environment and improve its citizens' quality of life.

President Stevandic supported the activities of the local communities to improve the quality of life of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska, stressing the importance of additionally maintaining strong relationships between the republic and local authorities to better respond to the needs of citizens.

He highlighted that it is necessary to bring cooperation between the National Assembly and the local communities on a higher level in order to get to common aims and solve challenges in front of the local communities.

President Stevandic announced that he will also have meetings with the representatives of the local communities in the future.
