President Stevandić congratulated Patron Saint St. Sava

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Nenad Stevandić, congratulated today, on behalf of the National Assembly and his behalf, all students and educators in the Republic of Srpska on the school celebration of Saint Sava-Savindan. “I congratulate you on the school celebration, which is celebrated in memory of Prince Rastko Nemanjić, Saint Sava, the first Serbian archbishop, educator, and statesman, one of the most important historical figures among Serbs. By celebrating Saint Sava in our schools, the highest spiritual values, Serbian culture, and language are promoted and preserved as the foundations of the identity of the Serbian people. Those foundations are our obligation to persevere on the path of improving our educational system and our culture.
