The Third Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska will be continued, on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 10 a.m. with the discussion being held on the last issue of the Agenda, Election, and Appointment, and immediately after the Seventh Special Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska will begin.
The Collegium of the National Assembly confirmed the Draft Agenda of the Seventh Extraordinary Session.
- Draft Law Amending the Law on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations of the Republic of Srpska- by urgent procedure.
The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska adopted today, at its Third Regular Session, the following Reports: A Consolidated report on the implementation of the Budget of the Republic of Srpska for the period 1 January - 31 December 2022, a Report on the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the year 2022, Report on the work and financial report of the Commission for Concessions for the year 2022, Report on the work and execution of the Rebalancing of the financial plan - Budget JU Solidarity Fund for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions, and injuries of children abroad for the period 1 January - 31 December 2022 and the Annual Report on the work of the Ombudsman for Children for 2022.
The National Assembly took note of the Annual Report on the results of the activities of the Institution of Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2022 and the Information on decisions on pardons in 2022.
The Decision on the acceptance of the Republic of Srpska's indebtedness to the World Bank - the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the second Employment Support Project (WB IBRD 9381-BA) and the Decision on the criteria for evaluating the degree of development of local self-government units in the Republic of Srpska were adopted.
