The processes of the four year strategic development of the National Assembly Service were mapped

Employees of the Service of the National Assembly on the meetings held on Thursday and Friday on Balkana – the municipality of Mrkonjic Grad, have analyzed the implementation of the already existing strategy documents and mapped the processes of making the new strategy of development of the Service of the National Assembly for the period 2020-2024.

It is concluded that the Strategic plan for the development of the Service are the Strategy of communication, the Strategy of managing human resources and ICT Strategy are realized in the percent higher than 80 %.

The new working group, after mapping the strategic developing work plan, should decide on concrete actions, aims, activities and resources needed for making the new strategy, and it will be composed of Secretary General, deputy Secretary General, General Secretary advisers and heads of departments in the service of the National Assembly.

The two days working group meeting on Balkana was attended by deputy Secretary General Dubravko Jorgic, General Secretary adviser Boro Blagojevic and heads of departments of the Service of the National Assembly and was organized by OSCE Mission to BiH.
