President Čubrilović donated funds for humanitarian, educational and social purposes this year, as well as previous ones

Instead of New Year's reception for representatives of the Republic of Srpska's public, political and cultural life, Nedeljko Cubrilovic, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, decided to donate the funds earmarked for this purpose for humanitarian, educational and social purposes this year as well.

"We have decided this year to pay the funds provided for organizing a reception on New Year's and Christmas holidays to those who need our help. In this way, we have helped numerous associations, organizations, collectives, institutions and individuals, “said President Čubrilović.

President Čubrilović donated funds for the food preparation equipment for the Neven Kindergarten in Čelinac, and financial assistance was granted to the Association of Parents with Four and More Children from Trebinje, the Federation of the Blind of Republic of Srpska, the Association of Paraplegics and other disabled people from Prijedor, the Youth Center Trebinje, as well as the Citizens' Association "Game is my food" from Eastern Ilidza.

Funding was also provided to the Republic of Srpska Writers' Association, the Foča Cultural and Art Society from Foča, the Teslić Cultural Center, the Rodna Niva Agricultural Producers Association from Bijeljina, the Serbian Educational and Cultural Society "Prosvjeta" from Obudovac, the "Wolf Endowment", branch of Gradiška Foundation, the Jijazico Club "Slavija", East Sarajevo, the Citizens' Association "Šekovići - can do otherwise" from Šekovići, the Native Association "Grmeč", as well as other associations from the whole Republic of Srpska dealing with educational, upbringing, cultural, sporting or humanitarian work.

This year, the Speaker of the National Assembly will hold a New Year's reception only for representatives of the media that monitor the work of the parliament.
