President Čubrilović talked with the High Representative to BiH Valentin Inzko and Principal Deputy High Representative and Supervisor for the Brčko District

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Nedeljko Čubrilović, spoke in Banja Luka with the High Representative of the International Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko and Principal Deputy High Representative and Supervisor for the Brčko District, Michael Scanlan. The meeting was also attended by the High Representative and Head of the OHR Office in Banja Luka, Ambassador Marianne Berecz.

President Čubrilovic pointed out that the Republic of Srpska, respecting the democratic will of the citizens, in accordance with the law, has formed all institutions thus showing stability and commitment and respect for European values.

Čubrilović pointed out that all relevant levels of government and all leaders in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina are declaratively claiming European integration and that it is necessary to focus on issues of consensus and less emphasizing topics for which there is no agreement of the Entities and constituent people.

The Parliament Speaker welcomed the successful mandate of the Principal Deputy High Representative and Supervisor for the Brčko District, Michael Scanlan.

President Čubrilović and OHR representatives also discussed other current issues in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
