The National Assembly passed the Decision on the election of acting Attorney and elected the Director and Deputy Director of the Banking Agency of Republic of Srpska
At the end of the 19th Regular Session of the Republika Srpska, the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska issued a Decision on the early entry into force of the Decision on the election of the acting Attorney of the Republic of Srpska and the Decision on the election of Ljiljana Grbić as the Acting Attorney of Republic of Srpska until the election of the attorney.
The National Assembly for the Director of the Banking Agency of the Republic of Srpska chose Rade Rastok and deputy Director Mladen Kovačević. Both were elected for a period of five years.
As a Member of the State Regulatory Commission for Electricity from the Republic of Srpska Miodrag V. Simovic was elected, a bachelor of electrical engineering, for a period of five years.
Savo Minić was dismissed as an external member of the Committee for Local Government and Ranko Karapetrović was elected as an external member of the Committee.
The National Assembly adopted a new Law on Notaries with an Amendment whose service of the notary ends with the completion of 65 years of age, not 70 as suggested.
The MPs also adopted an Amendment that the Ministry of Justice, within nine months from the date of entry into force of this law, has the obligation to organize and conduct a vacancy notice for the vacancy of vacant places of notaries, bearing in mind the fact that 33 notary places are still unfiled.
The National Assembly has received the Report of the Public Sector Audit Service of the Republic of Srpska on the audit of the financial statements of the Public Enterprise "Commodity Reserves of Republic of Srpska" a.d. Banja Luka for the period 01.01 - 31.12.2015. in conjunction with the Conclusions requiring the Public Audit Office to send this report to the Main Prosecutor.
The MPs also adopted two information and a strategy: Information on the implementation of joint projects for resolving housing issues of refugees, displaced persons and returnees, and Information on the implementation of the Road Safety Strategy on Republic of Srpska Roads for the period 2013-2022. in 2016, and the Waste Management Strategy for the period 2017-2026.
The National Assembly adopted the Decision on accepting the Republic of Srpska's debt to the World Bank - the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the Employment Support Project, with the conclusion that the Government of the Republic of Srpska once a year submits a report to the National Assembly on the implementation of the Employment Support Project.
