The continuation of 19th Regular Session, today, at 10.00
19th Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska will be continued, today, at 10.00, with the deliberation on the Proposal Law on the protection of people who report corruption.
This proposal regulates the protection of people who report corruption, the procedure of reporting, the obligation of treatment by the authorities related to the protection of these people and other issues important for the protection of people who report corruption.
The aim of this Law is preventing corruption and establishing efficient mechanism of protection and also establishing and developing the sense of social responsibility of every person in order to report any form of corruption.
The MP also terminated the deliberation on the Proposal of Criminal Law of the Republic of Srpska.
The Minister of justice said that this Law belongs to the set of anticorruptive laws and that by this proposal many answers were given to several international organizations, first of all to Manival.
Kasipović also said that during the formulation of this proposal dozens of international acts were consulted, regulating differtent domains, with the intention to make it more contemporary.
