17th Regular Session on Tuesday, March 28th at 10.00

Collegium of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska decided today about proposal of the agenda of 17th Regular Session with 13 items. The Session will begin on Tuesday, March 28th at 10.00 said after the session of the Collegium the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Nedeljko Čubrilović.

Proposed agenda of the 17th Regular Session:

1. Parliamentary questions to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska;
2. Proposal of the Declaration on the protection of the general framework agreement for peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and on accelerated path to the EU, as the strategic objectives of the Republic of Srpska – proposal of deputy Vukota Govedarica;
3. Bill amending the Law on veterinary - medical products;
4. Bill amending the Law on water;
5. Proposal of Decision amending the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska;
6. Draft Code of conduct of MPs in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska;
7. Proposal of the Program of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska for 2017;
8. Report on the work of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Srpska in 2016;
9. Annual Report of the Ombudsman for children in 2016;
10. Proposal of Decision on approval of the draft spatial plan for special purposes "Klekovača";
11. Proposal of decision on capital investment and long-term borrowing of the Republic of Srpska for the realization of projects of rehabilitation, renovation, reconstruction and construction of the barracks, " Krajina Brigade" Zalužani;
12. Proposal of decision on capital investment and long-term borrowing of the Republic of Srpska for the purchase of  helicopter;
13. Selection and appointment.
