Čubrilović: Serbs on both sides of the Drina need unity

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Nedeljko Čubrilović said in Belgrade, where he attended a reception on the occasion of the National Day of Serbia that Serbs on both sides of the Drina have never needed to be more unified than it is now.

Čubrilović congratulated citizens of Serbia National Day noting that the state and the nation that have such a tradition can be proud.

He told reporters on the eve of reception, that was hosted by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić, that Serbs on both sides of the Drina by celebrating this holiday, "show that are unique even in this difficult time."

"Through our common history we had many days, so-called` D`. I think this is the time that contains such days `D` and precisely with these characteristics,  joint celebration with unique experience of this celebration, we show that we are united in this difficult time. I hope that Serbia will for long time celebrate its National Day, and that we will together with Serbia do the same," said Čubrilović.
