"The session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska will be continued when conditions are met with those deputies who want to work," said  the President of the Parliament Nedeljko Čubrilović today after the session of the National Assembly Collegium.
He said that at the session of the Collegium, the opposition ultimately imposed conditions that would mean violation of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.

The opposition requested that at this session of the Parliament of Srpska the report of the auditor should be considered, which was removed from the proposed agenda by the Committee for Finance and Budget. They asked that the Government of the Republic of Srpska responds to 46 unanswered questions from 635 questions asked by them during all the parliamentary sessions and to urge the publication of acts adopted by the National Assembly, which were not published in the Official Gazette," said the President Čubrilović.

He emphasized that the parliamentary majority accepted the request that the Government of the Republic of Srpska responds to all unanswered questions in the next two days and to send the urgency of the Collegium for publishing acts in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska".
"We have proposed that the Report of the Main Audit Service of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector on the conducted financial audit of the Consolidated Annual Financial Report for the users of the Republika Srpska Budget for the period 01.01-31.12.2016. year and the annual audit report of the General Public Sector Audit Office of Republic of Srpska for 2017. to be considered at the first next parliamentary session, but the opposition did not accept these proposals. We proposed that we immediately make a decision on the date of holding of this session at this Collegium, but they refused to do so," said Čubrilović.

The Speaker of the National Assembly stressed that no force will be used against the deputies, but that conditions will be created for the work of the deputies who want to continue the session.
"The National Assembly of Republic of Srpska is the highest legislative and democratic body in which everyone must be able to express their personal and political position without any consequences. Due to the preservation of the dignity of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, it is necessary, according to the Rules of Procedure, to take measures to conduct all activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws," he said.

He suggested that Republic of Srpska was more important than both the position and opposition, and that no one had the right to break the dignity of the Republic of Srpska.
"No one has the right to prevent the work of the Republic of Srpska Parliament, especially not physically," said President Čubrilović at a press conference after the session of the Collegium.
