Čubrilović on the liturgy on the occasion of celebrating the Day of the Republic of Srpska in Vicenza

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Nedeljko Čubrilović attended this morning liturgy which was served on the occasion of the first celebration of the Day of the Republic of Srpska in diaspora in the Italian region of Veneto in the Orthodox Church of St. Luke in Vicenza.

The liturgy was served by parish priest in Vicenza Dalibor Đukić, in the presence of the large number of the faithful, the liturgy was also attended by the Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Milan Babić Igor and honorary consul of BiH in the region of Veneto Diego Moskeni.

Addressing the present people after the liturgy, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska thanked for the invitation to all associations of Serbs in Italy and the Serbian Orthodox Church and expressed the hope that Diaspora in Italy will celebrate the Day of the Republic of Srpska for many years.

After the liturgy, at 13.30 solemn academy is organized in Vicenza on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Srpska which will be addressed by the President of the National Assembly.

In Vicenza, the center of the Veneto region, there is the largest number of Serbs in Italy. A large number of them are from the Republic of Srpska.
